By creating an account, signing in with Google OAuth, or otherwise using TalentTone, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please discontinue use immediately.

The platform is intended for practice interviews and hiring insights. You are responsible for providing accurate information and for decisions made based on TalentTone output. You may not reverse-engineer or replicate the service.

We may limit or suspend access for abuse, inactivity, or violations of these Terms without notice.

Your account is tied to the Google account you use for OAuth. Keep your credentials secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. We may revoke tokens or require re-authentication to protect your privacy.

You are responsible for keeping your profile information up to date and for any activity that occurs under your account.

You will not use TalentTone for unlawful activity, harassment, or to upload content you do not own.

Content shared with TalentTone (feedback, prompts, interview audio, etc.) may be used internally to improve the product; you grant us a non-exclusive license for that purpose.

TalentTone is provided on an “as is” basis. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features and will post notices on the site when reasonable. Your feedback may be used without compensation.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of interview results. We disclaim all implied warranties. Our liability is limited to direct damages up to the fees paid in the last 12 months.

We may revise these Terms; continued use after any update constitutes acceptance. The Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where TalentTone is headquartered.
